I had a really bad experience at my prior cardiology office and so I was skeptical about coming to a multi specialty practice. I came to the massapequa location to see Dr Nick and right away was greeted with the most friendly helpful front desk staff. I checked in barely hit my seat and was called right into a room. The medical assistants and the echo tech were so helpful and knowledgeable. When I had my blood drawn I barely felt anything which was a plus. I would highly recommend the massapequa location and will be coming back to make an appointment with their endocrinologist who I met in the hallway on my way out and made me feel very comfortable to come back to see her. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited the cardiologist last week, and I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and organized. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Joseline. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. I came in with several questions and concerns, and she took her time addressing each one without ever making me feel rushed. Her calm attitude and willingness to help really eased my nerves before my appointment. Overall, the visit was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. Excellent service from start to finish. I don’t like doing reviews but they deserve to be acknowledged I’m soo pleased with this place. We all know how scary it is going to a new doctor but once I got to the desk, the receptionist that helped me was soo sweet and explained all the paper work I had to fill out if I’m not mistaken her name was Joseline (short with highlights) once i was done I gave my paperwork to the other receptionist because she was busy who was equally as helpful and sweet her name was Sydney. You are greeted by a very professional and friendly staff, especially Sydney. The office is immaculate. I see Dr. Devine and I love her.  I highly recommend this office!!
